3. Why Refunds Are Limited

AI video generation is computationally expensive. Each trailer generation consumes significant resources, including:

• High-performance computing infrastructure

• Video rendering and storage resources
• Bandwidth and delivery costs

These costs are incurred immediately upon video generation, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the final result. As such, we cannot offer refunds for trailers that have already been generated.

• Technical failures: If our service fails to generate a video due to a technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days
• Duplicate charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Trailers that have been successfully generated, even if you are not satisfied with the result
• Subscription fees after any trailers have been created
• Subscription fees after the 48-hour cancellation window has passed
• Fees for trailers that were generated but not downloaded or used
• Refunds requested due to changes in personal circumstances

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
